"Now open year round, Valley has been recognized as a premier dining venue in the Hudson Valley since its opening in 2004. Its seasonal American cuisine, which showcases ingredients from our own two-acre Garrison Farm as well as from other farmers in the region, is a tribute to our efforts to include many locally grown, raised and prepared food products. Valley's menu changes regularly with the season and according to what is perfectly ripe that day. Each Thursday, Valley features an Eat Local lounge menu, including burgers and "small plate" items.

From Worlds End Bar: "Located adjacent to our Valley restaurant, and now open year round, World's End Bar shares the same stunning views of the Hudson River and surrounding Highlands. World's End bar earned its unique name from a bit of historical folklore. Ever since Henry Hudson sailed this river in 1609, the Hudson Highlands has been known for its fierce currents and treacherous winds, and certain parts of the river earned nicknames from the sailors. On the stretch of river directly below The World’s End bar lies the deepest spot in the Hudson's 315-mile course from the Adirondacks to the sea and, an especially dangerous curve where many early sloops and sailing vessels were lost in sudden squalls and conflicting currents. West Point also juts out into this bend in the Hudson, which respectful mariners named the 'World's End'.
