"Established in 1990, Machu Picchu Peruvian Restaurant opened it’s doors in the hopes of introducing Peruvian culture and cuisine to the Hudson Valley. "Inside, the mahogany and cultured stone design of the restaurant provides a warm ambiance. The décor which has all been hand-crafted by Peruvian artisans, is accentuated by the tremendous bronze sculpture depicting the Incan site of Machu Picchu located in the main dining room.

From Pollo a la Brasa (Rotisserie Chicken) to the Ceviche, we prepare our dishes with the freshest locally grown produce, as well as a variety of imported Peruvian ingredients.
